About Graham...

I'm an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Supervisor (AASW #462388) with a Master’s in Social Work. I’ve also completed the two-year Level 1 Diploma in Metacognitive Therapy through the MCT Institute and am an MCTI® Registered Therapist. At Lazy Therapy, my focus is simple: to offer clear, compassionate support that helps you relate differently to your thoughts and move through life with greater ease. I specialise in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, overthinking, and the everyday challenges that can make life feel heavy. My approach is always trauma-informed and fully centred on Metacognitive Therapy (MCT) — a practical, evidence-based way of changing how you respond to your thoughts rather than getting caught up in them. In sessions, I tailor MCT to your experiences, helping you build confidence in your ability to step out of worry and rumination and reconnect with what matters to you. â€‹
